Registration Confirmation

Dates of classes are subject to change. Registration prices shown are "early bird" prices for paid registration at least 30 days before the first date of the workshop. Payment for registration must be received and cleared to confirm a reservation to attend the class on the date(s) selected by the person who completed the registration form, not a fee for service. All confirmed registrations are final.

Late Registration

Registration confirmed 30 or fewer days prior to the first day of the workshop are deemed late registration. A seat with a table or desk may not be possible or available for late registrants. No refunds are given for late registration for any reason. However, with written permission from Carolyn you may be permitted to gift the confirmed registration for the same date(s).

Cancellations / No Shows

Cancellations are not permitted. However, confirmed registration may be transferred to a future workshop, see below. No Shows forfeit registration fee, though, with prior approval, you may be gifted, see below.

Transfers / Gifting

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or gift your registration with prior approval by Carolyn. Registration confirmed 30 or more days prior to the event date may be transferred to a future workshop date within one year or gifted to another person for the initially confirmed registration date. No transfers will be granted within 30 days of the first day of the initially confirmed workshop; however, the registration may be gifted to another person for the confirmed registration date. All transferred and gifted registrations require written approval by Carolyn and are subject to an administrative fee. All transfers expire one year from the date of the initially confirmed workshop.

Refunds

Refunds are not granted; however, should Carolyn may make an exception for an "early bird" registration an administrative fee will be applied. Absolutely no refunds are offered or granted for registrations confirmed 30 or fewer days before the first date of the workshop. No refunds are offered for partial attendance or failure to attend any or all of the workshop.

Fees
An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed to transfer or gift a registration to a person other than the initially confirmed registrant. Refused or denied charges are subject to $50 fee in addition to the registration fee.
